The objective of this game is to reach the end of a level by saving as many tribesmen as possible as well as successfully avoiding all the obstacles faced along the way. Serpent Eternal requires players to have a good sense of timing and accuracy/ precision for the game.
Making: The initial idea was to create a fast paced side scrolling platformer with various obstacles that player has to avoid and complete in a level. All four of us in the FYP team (Bright Stars) contributed many different ideas, added followers and the different types of obstacles, and having the player on auto run. We then added a simple backstory for the game.
